Why PLASMO® gen.
The development of PRP and PRF via centrifugation is greatly simplified so that it can be used in the outpatient setting as well as in the operating room. However, the centrifugation process must be sterile, performed in specially designed tubes, and precisely adjusted to separate platelets from red blood cells at high concentrations without destroying or damaging the platelets. In this way, preserved platelets are obtained, capable of actively secreting their growth factors, which are crucial in tissue regeneration and healing.
Therefore, not all PRP and PRF tubes that are available for sale are of the same quality. Plasmo® gen. tubes are proven to produce the highest concentrations of preserved platelets in sufficient numbers, able to secrete growth factors and most importantly, guarantee the release of a therapeutic level of bioactive growth factors.
PRP continues to evolve as an important treatment modality with many applications in dermatology, particularly in the areas of hair restoration, skin rejuvenation, acne scars, dermal augmentation, and striae distensae. Furthermore, combining PRP with laser therapies, microneedling, dermal fillers, and autologous fat grafting produces synergistic effects, leading to improved aesthetic results.
On the other hand, PRF technology is an innovative medical technology that produces platelets with a high fibrin content, or fibrin film. PRF technology is used to shorten the healing time of the postoperative wound, relieve the pain syndrome and swelling. It can be applied in various dental and surgical procedures.

Instructions
Simple & Quick Process for Preparation of PRP I PRF
Step 1
Taking 10 ml of blood from the patient in a vacuum tube
Step 2
Centrifuge the blood tube at 3000 RPM for 10 minutes
Step 3
The separated platelet-rich plasma is drawn into a syringe
Step 4
Application of PRP in the desired region
Step 1
Taking blood from the patient 10 ml in vacuum tube 1
Step 2
Centrifuge tube 1 at 3000 RPM for 10 minutes
Step 3
The separated PRP fraction is collected and transferred to tube 2 containing platelet activator
Step 4
The plasma collected in tube 2 is gently shaken 8-10 times
Step 5
All the activated plasma with concentrated growth factor, is extracted and applied
Step 1
Taking 10 ml of venous blood in a vacuum tube without anticoagulant (number of tubes taken according to need).
Step 2
Centrifuge the tube at 3000 RPM 10 minutes (for A-PRF) or at 700 RPM 3 minutes (for I-PRF).
Step 3
The A-PRF tube is left on the rack with the cap open for several minutes, during which the following are separated: a lower fraction of red blood cells, a middle fraction containing the fibrin plug, and an upper acellular plasma fraction.
Step 4
Fibrin plug and acellular plasma are ready for preparation of PRF membrane, PRF plaque and sticky bone. The liquid I-PRF is withdrawn with a needle and is ready for application in the desired region.

PRP for Hair Restoration
A Step-by-Step Procedure
PRP injections can be effective in treating male pattern baldness, both in preventing hair loss and promoting new hair growth. PRP can also aid in the stimulation of hair growth after hair transplants.
Studies show that PRP may stimulate hair growth, density and thickness, as well as protect hair follicles from prematurely shedding. More importantly, PRP may trigger hair growth by increasing blood supply to the hair follicle.
Got a question?
Frequently Asked Questions
What are PRP and PRF?
- PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) is a concentration of platelets and growth factors derived from your own blood, used to promote healing and regeneration.
- PRF (Platelet-Rich Fibrin) is a more advanced version that includes a fibrin matrix, providing a sustained release of growth factors.
Are the procedures safe?
Yes, both PRP and PRF are considered safe because they use your own blood, minimizing the risk of allergic reactions or infections.
What does the procedure involve?
A blood sample is taken, processed in a centrifuge, and the concentrated platelets are injected or applied to the treatment area.
How long does the procedure take?
The entire process usually takes about 20-30 minutes, including blood draw and preparation.
